82nd County Assembly Charity Ball v1

Please join us in celebrating our 82nd year of holding charity balls to raise funds for organizations serving children and teens in Fairfield County.

BLACK TIE REQUIRED

• Senior girls enrolled in a public high school in the participating towns of Easton, Fairfield, Redding, Weston, Westport and Wilton are invited to subscribe.
• This invitation and the resulting attendance are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Subscription price: minimum donation of $125 per couple to attend the Charity Ball
• Each girl shall invite and be accompanied by an escort.
• Registration opens: Friday, November xx, 2020 and is online via our website: www.thecountyassemblies.org/register
• RSVP Due Date: Registration will close on Saturday, December xx, 2020. Online registration, including a signed Informed Consent and Waiver, contact information and accepted payment must be completed by the RSVP Due Date. No attendees will be accepted after this date.
• Please be advised that, in addition to online registration and payment by the Subscriber and the Subscriber’s parent, the escort and the escort’s parent must complete their portion of the online registration for the escort to attend, via our website, by providing us with emergency contact information and signing an Informed Consent and Waiver, for the registration to be complete. No payment is requested of the escort. We are not responsible for misinformation and/or failure to submit payment by the RSVP Due Date. An automatic email confirmation will be sent to the senior girl’s email address provided during registration. If you do not receive this email, you are not registered.
• If a girl chooses to take a different escort after registering, she must provide the County Assemblies with the school she attends and the name of the new escort at thecountyassembly@gmail.com and an Informed Consent and Waiver must be completed by this escort and the escort’s parent or admittance to the Ball will be denied.
• The County Assemblies' ZERO Drug and Alcohol Tolerance Policy will be strictly enforced.
• No one will be admitted after 8:30pm or permitted to leave prior to 10:30pm, unless permission has been granted in advance by the Board.
• Snow Date: February xx, 2020, unless a County Assembly Charity Ball was also cancelled, in which case, please visit our website: www.thecountyassemblies.org at the time of cancellation for the assigned snow date. The Snow Date can be used for any reason the Board deems, in its sole discretion, necessary or advisable.
• Transportation: All transportation to and from the Ball must be contracted privately. Directions to our venue can be found on our website.
• Dress: Black Tie long dresses (or tuxedo) for girls and Black Tie tuxedos for boys are mandatory. Absolutely no male will be admitted without a tuxedo.
