Registration Dates: Registration is open October 25 - November 30, 2025
Registration Price: $235 for two (Registrant and Guest). The Registration cost is a charitable donation and is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Registrant: The student (any gender) who creates the Registration account and is responsible for the Registration fee is the Registrant. The Registrant must be a High School Junior or Senior and be a resident of one of the Member towns (Easton, Fairfield, Redding, Weston, Westport, and Wilton). All Registrations must include a Registrant and Guest.
Guest: All Registrations must have a Guest included. We do not offer single registrations. The Guest must be a High School student, but may be of any gender, attend any High School, and live in any town.
Consent and Waiver: At the time of Registration, the Registrant must enter all contact information (Name, Email Address, Cell phone number) for themselves, their parent, their Guest, and Guest’s parent. Each individual will receive a Consent and Waiver by email which MUST be completed and signed for the Registration to be complete. No student will be admitted unless all Consent and Waiver forms for their Registration have been returned.
The Registrant may view the status of Consent and Waiver forms in their Registration account.
Schedule: The Charity Balls are from 7:30 – 10:00 in the evening. No one will be admitted after 8:30pm or permitted to leave prior to 10:00pm.
Attire: Black-Tie Tuxedo, Long Gowns, Gender-Inclusive Formal Attire. See the Attire page on our website for examples.
Food: Hot hors d’oeuvres and Beverages will be provided. Additional details and food information will be provided closer to the date of our events.
Transportation: All transportation to and from the Ball must be contracted privately. If you are using a transportation service, please confirm your limo/bus has the proper license in Connecticut.
